Our services for rental property are either

LET ONLY (Tenant find only) or FULLY MANAGED SERVICE.

For both services we visit the property and offer advice, fully market the property and accompany viewers.

Once an applicant is chosen we will fully reference all applicants and report back to landlord.

Once satisfactory references are received we will complete all tenancy paperwork and install the tenants.

If we are on a LET ONLY service we would then pass everything across to the landlord.

If we are on a FULLY MANAGED service we then continue to manage the property and we can go through exactly what this entails when we meet.

We are members of the Property Redress Scheme and Client Money Protection.

At present our fully managed service is as little as 9% (Inc VAT) of the monthly rental income with a set up fee of £125 (Inc VAT).

Our let only service starts from £295 (Inc VAT).
