The tenancy agreement is a legally binding document which ties you in to pay the rent on time and to look after the property. The tenancy agreements are for a fixed term.

If you wish to leave before the end of a fixed-term you can request to leave through our office. We will then contact the landlord and ask. Most landlords will not want to lose any income and therefore may authorise us to advertise the property to let and on the successful application of a new tenant, then a surrender agreement can be signed.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS THE DECISION OF THE LANDLORD.
